You may return new, unopened items sold by Keystone within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (custom shades are exempt). Keystone will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. All returned items should be returned in their original packaging. Any returned item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is eligible for a return of up to 50% of the item’s price. Keystone will process all return requests upon receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs will be refunded if the error was made be Keystone, otherwise shipping costs will not be refunded. Expect your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your return product to your shipper (allows time for transit, processing of the return, and processing of the returned funds). Funds will be returned in the same method they were issued (e.g. if you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued back to your card). Keystone Fabrics does not accept returns on custom-built shades (unless a manufacturing defect is present).
Written authorization for returns is required by KoolSpot. All returned goods must be in sellable condition and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if KoolSpot needs to remove labels/stickers from the product or if KoolSpot needs to re-box the product. Customer assumes all freight costs associated for the returned goods. Custom shades are cut to order and are not returnable.
